GoToMeeting

• GoToMeeting is a web-hosted service developed in July 2004 by the Online Services division of Citrix.
• It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software that enables the user to meet with other computer users, customers, clients or colleagues via the Internet in real time.

How to download

• Open your default browser, type www.gotomeeting.com and signup.

• Click Next.

• Click Start your meeting button, software will be downloaded automatically and you can install that software.

How to Use

• After installation open GoToMeeting application in your system. Below image shows two options join for meeting and below one is create meeting.
• Click Meet Now for creating meeting, and enter code and click Join for joining in meeting. Here I click Meet Now.

• It will ask audio options choose one.

• Click Audio menu button and it wil show audio settings.

• Click Screen menu button it will show screen sharing options.

• Click Webcam menu button it will show your webcam is available or not.
