How to install Computer printer

• Most of the printer drivers detected by OS (New versions) otherwise use CD or Download from internet.
• If you don't have the CD or DVD from the manufacturer any more, you'll need to download it from the manufacturer's website.
• Here are some links to the driver downloads sections of major printer manufacturers.

Download procedure

• Below shown how to download a printer driver for only normal printers.

Step 1

• First you know the model number of your printer. Click on above mentioned your manufacturer link example HP. It will open this page.

Step 2

• Enter the model number in search box and press enter.

Step 3

• Select Softwares and Drivers and ofter click on Go button.

Step 4

• Select your operating system it will show drivers and click on Download button.

Step 5

• Select Download only and click on Next button.

Step 6

• File will be downloading background click on Close button.

Step 7

• File will be downloaded in downloads folder.

Installation

Step 1

• Right click on downloaded file and click on Run as administrator.

Step 2

• Allowing the application and click on Yes button.

Step 3

• Select I accept the terms in the licence agreement and click on Next button.

Step 4

• Installing driver.

Step 5

• Successfully installed printer driver click on Finish button.
